“Even the smallest difference can mean everything.”
Leslie Ring Adams, Executive Director
The impact we make here every day is changing lives.
ALS is an exhausting and expensive diagnosis that affects a wide variety of Albertans. We aim to ease the burden of every family affected by ALS.
Items like wheelchairs, powerlifts, ramps, text-to-speech tools, and more, allow clients to do things they thought impossible before, and your donations allow them to access these items at no cost to them.
Our Team
Big hearts, big impact.
Our team here at ALS Alberta works tirelessly to fulfill the mission of ALS Alberta by promoting awareness, providing support for the community, and advocating for change.

Our Board of Directors
Experience and guidance.
The ALS Society of Alberta is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for the work of the Society and for its standing in the community. The Board actively pursues the mission, goals, and objectives of the ALS Society of Alberta.
The ALS Society of Alberta holds its Annual General Meeting in May of each year to approve the organization’s audited financial statements for the prior year, elect the members of the Board, and manage any general matters or changes. Directors are elected to serve a one-year term.
If you would like to participate with the Board of Directors, please contact our Calgary office at info@www.alsab.ca.
