For this session, we will read and discuss The Grieving Brain by Mary-Frances O’Connor.
This book explores grief, loss, and how people learn to live with profound change. Our discussion will focus on how these themes connect to the ALS caregiving journey.
These gatherings are a space for ALS caregivers to connect, reflect, and talk openly with others who understand the caregiving journey.
